Oak, raisins and ripe apples

Barrel-aged gin is in a very special league. After five years in old sherry casks, this gin has acquired lovely notes of oak, raisins and ripe apples. Perfect match in classic cocktails such as negroni, gin old fashioned and martinez.

The cask-aged gin is first hand-distilled as a classic London Dry Gin with juniper berries, apples and orange peel. Then aged in old sherry casks completely calm and cool, where we usually mature our dark rum.
