Ellenor Vlierbloesem

Ellenor is a delicious award-winning elderflower liqueur, which is made by Skotlander Rum in close collaboration with Hasse Johansen from St. Paul's Aphothek in Aarhus, one of the beat cocktail bars in Scandinavia.

Ellenor is made with organic hand-picked elderflowers. Every spring, elderflowers are hand-picked from the wild. The elderflowers are mixed locally at the Danish West Coast and bottled by hand. Ellenor has won prizes at competitions all over the world, London, USA, Berlin and Copenhagen.

Intense taste of elderflowers and fresh lemon. Perfect with tonic or mixed with sparkling white wine. Garnish with organic lemon peel.

Taste: Palate of summer flowers and elderflowers. Very intense citrus notes and dried fruit
